I’m Sarah Sapp, the Assistant Director of Enrollment Services for Communications.
I received my Bachelor of Business Administration in marketing communications in 2003 and my Master of Arts in journalism in 2009.
During my time at Ole Miss, I was active in the Pride of the South Marching Band, Tau Beta Sigma,
Angel Flight-Silver Wings, The Daily Mississippian and the American Advertising Federation.
A self-proclaimed misplaced magnolia, I was born in Port Huron, Michigan, lived in up-state New York for five years,
but spent most of my adolescence in Brookhaven, Mississippi.
I now reside in Oxford, MS.
I joined the Ole Miss recruiting team in 2005.
My favorite thing about Ole Miss was how well the faculty knew me.
I love that my professors knew me well enough to pick my papers out of a stack of 50 and say, “Yep, this one is Sarah’s.”
I chose Ole Miss because my big sister was here, and I always had an amazing time when I visited her.
I also really loved the Pride of the South marching band, and they gave me a good scholarship.
