The Walk of Champions was my first stop on my first visit to the Ole Miss campus in the summer of 2001. Growing up out of state I had heard so much about the famous Grove at Ole Miss, and the tradition of the football coaches leading the players through the crowd and down the Walk of Champions on game days. I had to see it for myself on that first trip, and have since spent many fall Saturdays lining the red brick walkway.
