I’m Walker Agnew, the Regional Admissions Counselor for the state of Texas and Webster, Clay, Choctaw, Oktibbeha,
Lowndes, Winston, and Noxubee County in Mississippi.
I am a 2009 graduate of The University of Mississippi with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management
with an emphasis in Human Resources.
During my four-year tenure at Ole Miss, I was Associated Student Body Chief of Staff, Associated Student Body Senator of the Year,
an officer in my fraternity, Chancellor’s Leadership Class member and served twice as an Orientation Leader.
I am an Eagle Scout and spent summers as a counselor at Camp Ozark, earning Male Counselor of the Year in 2008.
I am originally from Houston, TX and currently reside in Oxford, MS.
I joined the Ole Miss recruiting team in 2009.
I chose Ole Miss because of its great business school, to be close to family, to do something different
than other graduates in my high school, and because of my familiarity with Ole Miss.
My favorite thing about Ole Miss is the relationship building between friends, professors, staff members, and other students.
