To Greek or not to Greek
Ole Miss has a strong Greek system, but only 30 percent or so of undergraduates join fraternities and sororities. So, if you decide to go “independent,” you’ll be in good company.
Reporting for duty John served on the editorial board for The
Daily Mississippian, UM’s student-run
newspaper, where students alone determine the editorial content. Itís the state’s only collegiate daily newspaper, employing more than 100 students from every imaginable major.
