If working out alone is not motivating you enough, join us for one of our group fitness classes offered each week. A variety of disciplines such as yoga, cross-training, kickboxing and deep-water aquatic fitness are available. All of our classes are voluntary and free of charge to students and campus recreation members. Just present your ID with a FIT sticker each time you come to class, and make sure you arrive early-the classes fill to capacity and are first come, first served.
* All Group Fitness classes are free for students and Turner Center members 16 years of age or older. Participants should present a student or Turner Center ID card with a FIT sticker in order to be admitted into class.
*Patrons arriving more than 5 minutes after class starts will not be admitted.
* Water bottles and personal towels are welcome in all classes, and are required for Indoor Cycling classes.
* The schedule is subject to change with little or no advance notice.
