Helping Programs Discover and Build on Their Successes
CERE has a long standing history of providing
evaluation services to help departments and agencies determine the
effectiveness of their efforts to make a positive difference in
the education of students at all levels. Education-related
evaluation services have always been the pivotal point of CERE's
work. In addition, though, CERE provides evaluation services to
other agencies and departments that need to know how successful
their activities have been in accomplishing the goals they have
established. In connection with its evaluation services, CERE
helps programs discover areas in which they could improve and
build on their successes.

We are housed in Guyton Hall, the School
of Education. Built in 1934, Guyton Hall was named for Dr.
B.S. Guyton and was the original location of the University
Medical Center. It later housed the ROTC.
In 2003
Guyton Hall was completely renovated to house the School of
Education.
