The Center for Educational Research and Evaluation (CERE) was established in 1999 as a resource for The University of Mississippi and for external agencies. CERE is housed in The University of Mississippi School of Education,

CERE works at the national, state and local levels to:

• design and implement appropriate evaluation protocols to investigate best practices in education.

• help project directors and their staff make better decisions about project improvement.
