The 15th Cumberland Conference will be held on the campus of the University of Mississippi from Thursday, May 16 to Saturday, May 18. Our principal speakers are the Von Newmann Prize winner Professor Fred Glover of University of Colorado, Professor William Cherowitzo of the University of Colorado at Denver, Professor Gary Kochenberger of University of Colorado at Denver, Professor Robin Thomas of Georgia Tech, and Professor Geoff Whittle of Victoria University of Wellington, New Zealand.
Professor Robin Thomas will be our Dalrymple Lecturer this year. He will give a lecture entitled "The Four-Color Theorem" (abstract) at 7:00 PM on Thursday, May 16. There are two special sessions, one on Combinatorial Optimization organized by Allen Holder, the other on Projective Geometry, organized by Leanne Holder.
