PERSONALITY
Myers-Briggs Type Indicator® instrument is the most widely used and respected personality inventory in history. You can depend on this assessment when you need to make important business, career, or personal decisions. Last year alone, two million people gained valuable insight about themselves and the people they interact with daily by taking the MBTI® instrument.
The MBTI® instrument helps you improve work and personal relationships, increase productivity, and identify leadership and interpersonal communication preferences.
The standard assessment uses 93 items to determine the test takers preferences on four scales:
1. Extraversion-Introversion
2. Sensing-Intuition
3. Thinking-Feeling
4. Judging-Perceiving
The MBTI® instrument classifies sixteen different ways that we as human beings relate to each other and provides powerful insights into our own communication styles and the communication styles of others.
Your assessment results are based on decades of research and on the results of over 60,000 people who have taken the test.
If you are interested in taking the MBTI please call us at 662-915-3784.
