SHUTTLE SCHEDULE
- Thursday: 4:00 AM - 8:30 PM from LOT 5 to the perimeter entrance on Old Taylor Road and back
- Friday: 4:00 AM - 1:00 AM Saturday, LOT 4 to perimeter and LOT 6 to perimeter and back
- Saturday: 7:45 AM - 8:30 PM from LOT 5 to the perimeter and back
Signage will be up on Thursday for pickup points (NW corner of the music building). Friday pick-up point will be at secure entrance on University Avenue. For shuttle assistance, call 662-202-2330
PARKING INFORMATION BEFORE 5:00 PM, THURSDAY, SEPTEMBER 25:
- All vehicles should access parking from Highway 6 via Old Taylor Road exit.
- At the security checkpoint, you will be directed based on the type of vehicle—have ID ready.
- If you are a production truck or broadcast vehicle, you will park on Gertrude Ford Blvd. and then you will be directed to your designated parking place.
- If you are a car, you will be directed to LOT 4 (on map).
- From LOT 4, walk to the credentialing center at the Triplett Alumni Center.
- After LOT 4 fills, you will be directed to park at LOT 5 and a shuttle will take you to the credentialing center at the Triplett Alumni Center.
PARKING INFORMATION BEGINNING 4:00 AM, FRIDAY, SEPTEMBER 26:
- No vehicle or equipment will be able to enter LOT 1 at this point.
- Individuals with credentials:
- Access parking from Highway 6 via Old Taylor Road exit.
- After your vehicle is checked by security, you will be directed to LOT 4.
- After you park, you will be shuttled to the secure entrance on University Avenue.
- When LOT 4 reaches capacity, you will be directed to LOT 6.
- After you park in LOT 6, you will be shuttled to the secure entrance on University Avenue.
- Individuals without credentials:
- Access parking from Highway 6 via Coliseum Drive exit – have ID ready.
- After you park in LOT 6, you will be shuttled to the credentialing center.
- After picking up your credential, you will walk to the secure entrance on University Avenue.
* If you have not placed rate card orders, you may do so at the Media Filing Center.
* All vehicles inside the perimeter should be parked by 5:00 PM on Thursday, September 25.
