Online Performance Appraisal Training

The window for the 2008-2009 Staff Performance Appraisals is still open. The online appraisal is mandatory and must be completed for all permanent, staff positions. A 10-minute presentation is available at: http://olemiss.acrobat.com/appraisalsoverview/. The presentation is designed to assist supervisors and managers with completing and submitting the online staff performance appraisal form. Prior to submitting the final online appraisal, the supervisor is required to meet with the staff employee. Online performance appraisals are due no later than July 1, 2009.
