As long as you are on paid leave premiums for your benefits will continue coming out of your paycheck. When/if you go on leave without pay (LWOP) you will receive information about continuing your insurances while on leave. You will be responsible for paying for all premiums for insurances you wish to keep. All continuation of insurance coverage paperwork and bills for continuation coverage will be sent to the address you provided. Complete and Return to HR within 15 days of receipt if you want to continue insurance coverages. If you do not receive leave of absence paperwork within 15 days of starting your leave, contact HR at 662.915.7431 to obtain a copy. |
Note: Your leave of absence paperwork will indicate if your leave is related to FMLA (Family Medical Leave Act) and/or Worker's Compensation.
