Courses are offered during the months of January, February and March. Applications will be available in November 2008 for the 2009 MASH seminars.

The MASH series is designed to assist the University of Mississippi’s management staff grow within their current roles and to prepare them for additional leadership opportunities.  This is done by expanding the individual’s knowledge of the University’s policies and procedures and by enhancing their abilities to lead our diverse employee population.   While MASH is designed for current managers, non-managers, with their supervisor’s recommendation, will also be considered for this program. 

Upon Graduation from the MASH program and in addition to the knowledge gained through the experience, employees will receive a certificate, a plaque and will be eligible for the Professional Development Increase (provided they have not already received 2 previous increases).

Graduation Requirements-
Graduation requirements include attendance of 90% or more of all seminar meetings and you must earn 280 (70%) of total 400 points on the exams.
