The series of courses is offered during the months of January, February and March.

The MASH series is designed to assist the University of Mississippi’s management staff grow within their current roles and to prepare them for additional leadership opportunities. This is done by expanding the individual’s knowledge of the University’s policies and procedures and by enhancing their abilities to lead our diverse employee population.

While MASH is designed for current managers and supervisors. Non-managers, with their supervisor’s recommendation, may also be considered for this program as space allows.
Upon successful completion of the program and graduation, employees will receive a certificate, a plaque and will be eligible for the Professional Development Increase (provided they have not already received 2 previous increases).
Graduation Requirements-
Graduation requirements include attendance of 88% or more of all seminar meetings (partial attendance for the morning is considered an absence) and you must earn 280 (70%) of total 400 points on the exams. Please note, the seminars meet weekly most Thursday mornings (three hours) beginning January 14, 2009 to April 8, 2009.
