Sydnee Manley is a Certified Public Accountant who holds an accounting undergraduate degree from The University of Arkansas as well as an MBA from Georgia State University.  She is currently pursuing her Doctorate in Accounting at the Patterson School of Accountancy. 

Prior to her doctoral studies, Sydnee taught Principles of Accounting I and II at the University of Central Arkansas while working as a quality analyst at Alltel Wireless.   She worked as a Senior Financial analyst at Bank of America as well as a Senior Analyst for Arthur Andersen’s BPO-Dotcom operation.  During the beginning of her career, she worked as an auditor for the Arkansas Division of Legislative Audit and has over fifteen years of governmental audit and corporate financial analysis experience
