Dr. Rhodes received his B.S. in Mathematics with a minor in English from Delta State University in 1974. He received an MBA degree with an emphasis in accounting from The University of Mississippi in 1976 and a Doctor of Jurisprudence degree from The University of Mississippi in 1982. He is a member of the Oxford Kiwanis Club, the Oxford-University United Methodist Church, the Mississippi State Bar, the AICPA, the Northeast Chapter of the Mississippi Society of CPAs, and the Mississippi Society of CPAs.
