Dr. Karl Wang received his Ph.D. from The University of South Carolina in August 2003. He also holds a Master of Accountancy degree from the University of South Carolina and an MA and BA from Fudan University. His primary research interests are in the areas of auditing and accounting regulation. He has taught courses in accounting, auditing and other academic areas. Dr. Wang is a CPA in the state of South Carolina.
