CANCELLATION OF AN AUTHORIZATION

If it becomes necessary to cancel a Travel Authorization you should send a memo to the travel clerk. The memo should state the reason for the cancellation and the Travel Authorization Number. Funds will remain encumbered until you officially inform the travel clerk of the cancellation.
