Handicap Parking and Shuttle Service for 9:00 a.m. convocation service in The Grove

Three areas of campus will be designated for handicap parking for The Grove ceremony:

• On University Avenue from the Welcome Center (at Coulther Hall) west to Ventress Hall
• Sorority Circle Parking Log (off Sorority Row and in front of the Delta Delta Delta/Kappa Delta/Honors College)
• New Parking lot off All American Drive east of the Old Physical Plant Complex (behind Coulter Hall)

These areas are offered on a first-come-first-serve basis. Entrances to these areas will be monitored and entry permitted by handicap license plate or placard/hangtag only.

Shuttle Service

Shuttles will be available with signs on the shuttles indicating that they are for "handicapped transportation." The drop-off point for handicapped individuals attending Commencement will be at the "Welcome Center" by Coulter Hall. If individuals need transportation following the ceremony, they should indicate that need to the driver when they are taken from the Welcome Center location or they should go to the Welcome Center following the ceremony and wait for assistance.

Parking for Indoor Practice Facility

Please note: There will not be shuttle service provided from the Indoor Practice Facility following the School of Applied Sciences commencement ceremony

• Handicapped and limited parking available at rear of Indoor Practice Facility (turn Right onto Manning Way)
• Additional parking lots located in the near vicinity
• If you plan on attending the campus-wide ceremony in The Grove, which begins at 9:00 a.m. (students must arrive at 8:30 to line up), you may still want to park as close as you can to the Indoor Practice Facility so that you will be in closer proximity to your vehicle once the Applied Sciences ceremony has ended
