Student Organizations
The Student Art Association
The Student Art Association, SAA, is a collective of undergraduate and graduate student artists led by a faculty advisor. SAA participates in sales and events throughout the year. It hosts an annual Holiday Art Sale of student work in Gallery 130. SAA also organizes trips to various art-specific locales like New York City and Chicago. All students are welcome to participate. Mud Daubers
The Mud Daubers are a group of advanced student ceramicists led by Assistant Professor Matt Long. They participate in various events such as the Double Decker Art Festival, Empty Bowls project and Ole Miss Alumni projects throughout the year as well as host a fall and spring sale on campus. The Mud Daubers bring in many national and international visiting artists. For more information, call (662)915-5860.
Kappa Pi, Epsilon Psi chapter

AIGA-Ole Miss
The American Institute for Graphic Arts, AIGA, is a professional organization for graphic designers. The Department of Art's student group is affiliated with AIGA-Memphis on a regional level, as part of the national organization. Vasari Society
The latest edition to student organizations in the Department of Art is the Vasari Society, an organization for art historians and anyone who is interested.
