- We are now making advising appointments for Summer and Fall 2009. If your major is one of the following, please call 915-5970 to make an appointment:
Liberal Arts Undecided, Nursing, Medical Technology, Dental Hygiene, Health Informatics Information Management, Occupational Therapy, Radiologic Science, or Clinical Laboratory Science.
- If you have decided on a major or will be a junior in Summer or Fall 2009, you should declare your major and make an appointment with your new advisor. To change your major, contact the Dean's office of the School or College which owns your new major. If you have questions, please call or email us. - As part of our comprehensive alcohol prevention program, The University of Mississippi is asking all freshmen and transfer students to complete AlcoholEdu for College - an online, non-opinionated alcohol prevention program. For more information on the University's effort in changing the alcohol culture click here
- If for any reason you need to withdraw from the University for a particular semester (drop to zero hours), you can now process this via the Web. You can go to MY STUDENT INFORMATION and click on the option of WITHDRAWING FROM THE UNIVERSITY (DROPPING TO ZERO HOURS).
Depending on the time of the withdrawal, there may be grade, refund, and financial aid implications when you withdraw (drop to zero hours). You should check the academic calendar for deadline dates.
