Welcome to our website! The Academic Support Center staff works largely with students new to the University. Freshmen and sophomores who have not yet declared a major will be advised by our office. Students typically choose a major during their sophomore year and will be reassigned to faculty advisors in their new department. Students who are pursuing a 2+2 health professions program will be advised solely by our office. Other pre-professional health programs (pre-dental, pre-medical, or pre-physical therapy) will be advised by a faculty member in their major department and talk to us about professional school requirements.
