The 2013 BBVA Compass Bowl
The Pride of the South had a great day at the BBVA Compass Bowl. Ole Miss fans showed up in a big way to support the Rebels, and the band was the center of it all. The Ole Miss Band performed with great passion and enthusiasm, and the energy level was at an all-time high. Thanks to Rebel Nation for a great ending to an amazing football season. The Pride of the South loves you. Hotty Toddy and Go Rebels!

To all who will be in Oxford this summer...please join us for LOU Summer Band. Rhearsals are on Tuesday evenings at 7:00 beginning on June 4. Summer Band is so much fun, and all ages and playing levels are welcome. Ole Miss students can register for course credit. For more information please contact the University Bands Office.
The UM Wind Ensemble tribute to Dr. Andrew Fox was a huge success. CDs will be in production soon. Check back for details.

2013 Wind Ensemble
The 2013 UM Wind Ensemble under the direction of David Willson had a wonderful Spring. With performances at Jacksonville State University, Itawamba Community College, and two at Ole Miss in the beautiful Ford Center, there is much to say about this stellar group. They performed with passion and grace. Congratulations to David Willson and the 2013 Ole Miss Wind Ensemble.
