Cost of Study
Most biology graduate students are supported by a teaching assistantship, a research assistantship, or a fellowship. Graduate teaching and research assistants generally receive a 90% tuition waiver. With this waiver, the cost of tuition (as of 2002-2003) is $195 per semester. For international student assistants, there are additional fees of $100, plus $325 (fall) or $455 (spring) for required annual student health insurance.assistantships.
