Institutional Compliance
The purpose of the Institutional Compliance Committee is to regularly review the policies and procedures that the University has put in place to comply with the rules and regulations of the National Collegiate Athletics Association (NCAA) and the Southeastern Conference (SEC), in order to determine that these policies and procedures are sufficient to accomplish their purpose. The voting membership of the committee shall consist of the following University officers and personnel: Director of Admissions, Director of Athletics, Director of Financial Aid, Provost and Vice Chancellor for Academic Affairs, Registrar, Vice Chancellor for Student Life, Faculty Athletics Representative, Senior Associate Director of Athletics for Compliance and Student Services, Senior Associate Director of Athletics for Academic Support, Athletics Eligibility Certification Analyst, University Attorney, and a faculty member representative of the Faculty Senate. The University Faculty Athletics Representative shall chair the committee. The term of this committee is from August to August.
