The Department of Chemistry and Biochemistry at the University of Mississippi invites applications for an Instructional Assistant Professor. This is a non-tenure track, 9-month, academic position and is classified as support faculty. Primary responsibilities of the incumbent include instruction of lower-division chemistry courses, active participation in the management, supervision, and instruction of the undergraduate teaching laboratories and lecture support activities. Competitive candidates will have a doctorate in chemistry, demonstrated teaching ability, strong interpersonal and communication skills, and an energetic commitment to undergraduate education.
