Wade Stinson, B.S.C.E. (1978)

I was a 1978 graduate (summa cum laude) with a BS in Civil Engineering. I was selected as Outstanding Senior in Civil Engineering and was a member of Phi Kappa Phi, Tau Beta Pi, and Chi Epsilon honor societies. I also served as Vice President and President of the ASCE student chapter. My most fond memories of the Ole Miss Civil Engineering School were the small classes, with very low student to professor ratio, and the genuine care that all of the professors had for their students. The students and faculty were truly like a family. Professors that I recall from those days include Drs. DeLeeuw, Stead, Abdulrahman, George, and Prasad.
