Description: Counselor Education

Play therapy provides an effective method of counseling and communicating with children, and is one of the counseling skills learned in the program.
Prepares counselors of excellence by instilling a strong sense of professional identity, and developing knowledge of the counseling profession and counseling skills. Prepares students for faculty positions in counseling programs across the country.
