Bio: Currently teach research courses for the Departments of Curriculum and Instruction and Educational Leadership. Primary interest is use of program evaluation results as an impetus for change. Positions held include evaluator for grant projects, teacher and principal in elementary schools, as well as curriculum coordinator for Choctaw Tribal Schools; and legislative monitor for state organizations.
