Bio: Larry G. Hanshaw is Professor of Secondary Science Education at the University of Mississippi. He earned his B.S. in Chemistry at Tougaloo College, his M.Ed. in Natural Science (Chemistry) & Education from the University of Delaware, and his Ph.D. in Science Education (Chemistry) from the University of Southern Mississippi. Dr. Hanshaw’s research interests include cooperative group testing, curriculum issues in science education, and the improvement of the preparation of teachers. Dr. Hanshaw has authored numerous journal articles, a book, and reviews manuscripts for professional journals in education and science.
