Engineering Advisory Board

The purpose of The University of Mississippi Engineering Advisory Board is to provide support in the continued development to the School of Engineering at The University of Mississippi. This support is in full recognition of the desire and need for the School of Engineering to maintain programs of excellence and a posture of leadership in engineering education.

The Engineering Advisory Board is made up of twenty five elected members plus the following "ex-officio" members.

  • The immediate past Chairman of the Board
  • The Dean of the School of Engineering
  • The President of The University of Mississippi Engineering Alumni Chapter
  • The Provost of The University of Mississippi
  • The Assistant to the Dean for Development or otherwise appointed individual

Members are elected to serve terms of five years.
The Engineering Advisory Board meets twice a year, once in the spring and once in the fall.
