Lenoir Hall Dining
Lenoir Dining is an educational operation within the department’s
Hospitality Management and Dietetics programs. It is a non-profit 40-seat
teaching laboratory. Lenoir Hall Dining is for Hospitality Management
and Dietetic students to gain experience in all facets of restaurant
operations. This class provides students with the opportunity to
operate a restaurant for the Oxford community. For more information

Lunch is served on Tuesdays and Thursdays and Dinner is
served on Wednesdays during regular semesters. Look for the Lenoir Dining weekly menu on Inside Ole Miss. Click here.

Lenoir Hall Dining
The purpose behind Lenoir Hall Dining is for Hospitality Management and Dietetic students to gain experience in all facets of restaurant operations. This class provides students with the opportunity to operate a restaurant for the Oxford community. Throughout the semester each student will rotate through various positions within the operation; including everything from serving, cooking meals, and management functions. BBQ Pork Tenderloin Pizza
Grilled pork tenderloin, homemade BBQ sauce, and corn & black bean salsa with mozzarella, and parmesan cheeses
Chicken Caesar Po-Boy
Grilled and chilled chicken breast, roma tomatoes, purple onions, and romaine lettuce with homemade Caesar dressing served with oven roasted potatoes
