Programs
The Department offers two undergraduate degree programs and one graduate program: the Bachelor of Science in Nutrition/Dietetics (B.S.D.N.), the Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Management (B.S.H.M.), and the Master of Science (M.S.) in Food and Nutrition Services. While the Nutrition/Dietetics and Hospitality Programs structure their curriculum to provide students an academic experience consistent with national standards, students have additional opportunities to attend state and national professional conferences and to participate in domestic and international study tours led by members of the DepartmentR17;s faculty. This provides students with an exciting blend of academic, social and cultural experiences.
New enrollment in the Bachelor of Science in Family and Consumer Sciences (B.S.F.C.S.) program with an emphasis in hospitality Management has officially phased out as of ____ and is replaced by the B. S. in Hospitality Management.
