Research
Collections are accessible for research Monday through Friday 8am - 5pm in the Department of Archives and Special Collections on the 3rd floor
of the JD Williams Library. We can not access most of the photography and film collections immediately because they are stored in cold storage.
We highly recommend that you contact the curator before your research. Please read over Special Collections' general policies as well. Reproduction and Use Fees
To ask for reproductions and publication permission, please print
out a form (pdf) and mail or fax it back to us.
Once we receive your request we will let you know the costs associated with it.
Fees listed below are subject to change without notice. Turn around time for requests
is 2-4 weeks. Fees for rush orders will be doubled. We require
full payment by check prior to filling an order.
