Photographic orders take 2 to 4 weeks for delivery. Shipping charges are extra. Rush orders agreed upon by Special Collections are subject to a 100% surcharge. Patron bears the cost of making a copy negative if one is needed. Images must be returned to the Archives after 30 days unless a prior agreement has been made.

Digital Scanning (per image)
Preservation concerns dictate whether or not an item will be scanned. Images will be scanned up to 600dpi. Please indicate both the format (jpeg, tiff, etc.) and resolution. These must be destroyed after 30 days unless a prior agreement has been made.

Fine Art Photographic Prints
The Southern Media Archive, Archives and Special Collections, offers the following selection of exhibition quality prints for sale to the public. While the purchaser has the right to display the print, the University of Mississippi retains all copyright interest including intellectual, property, reproduction and commercial.
16x20, exhibition grade, double weight, fiber based paper, selenium toned prints from the Dain and Cofield collections may be purchased from the collection for $300.00.
Limited Edition prints from the Cofield and Dain Collection are also available for purchase
