Monthly Turf TipProvided by: David Jumper Pre-emerge for crabgrass and a post-emerge should be applied at this time of year. When soil temperatures reach about 54 degrees for 3 or more days, crabgrass starts to germinate. There are also several good pre-emerges registered for flower beds.
