Housing |
|
On-campus housing consists of men's and women's residence halls, as
well as apartment facilities for family and single graduate students.
Guess Hall is reserved for graduate students and undergraduates over
21 years of age. Application forms are available from the Department
of Student Housing and Residence Life located in Miller Hall. All residence hall rooms are equipped with furniture and utilities
essential for comfortable living, including cable TV access. In addition,
each residence hall room is outfitted with two "hardwire"
ports that connect to the University's computer system, providing access
to the library system and the Internet, eliminating the need for a modem. Preferred roommates are requested to submit housing applications and
deposits together. All requests are honored as space permits. The Village is a group of apartment complexes located on campus. These
are one- or two-bedroom efficiency apartment units. Preference for these
apartments is given to married students and graduate and professional
students. For updated rental rate information and a detailed, illustrated guide
to the University's apartments and residence halls, visit the Department
of Student Housing and Residence Life on the Web at www.olemiss.edu/depts/stu_housing. For questions contact: Department of Student Housing and Residence Life |
