Merlean serves as Coordinator of Graduate Admissions. Her job responsibilities include counseling applicants for admission; serving as liaison between departments and prospective students; processing and maintaining applications, transcripts, as well as maintaining online applications database. While working at Ole Miss, she has continued her education and is in her senior year majoring in Sociology with a minor in English. She has also worked in Human Resources at Ole Miss.
Merlean has 4 children, seven grandchildren, and one great- great grand child. Merlean is native of Oxford, Mississippi.
