The Academic Computing division offers front-line support to meet the technology needs of the entire University of Mississippi community.

Faculty Technology Development Center (FTDC)
The FTDC offers training, assistance, and technical support to enhance the use of technology in classrooms, laboratories, and online applications such as Blackboard. The FTDC lab is open to all faculty, staff, and teaching assistants.
The IT Helpdesk assists faculty, staff, and students with issues related to software, hardware, and networking. Helpdesk staff also provide support for e-mail, Web pages, and other applications that run on the university's campus-wide systems.
The Technology Services team oversees the IT Labs, IT Multimedia, IT Procurement, IT Inventory, and the Classroom Technology Project. They also provide desktop and server support to faculty and staff.
Academic Computing Coordinator
Academic Computing Coordinator M.K. Smith provides support for both AC and Enterprise Applications projects.
