THE TWENTY-FIFTH ANNUAL
PRE-LAW DAY

November 10, 2006 at 9 a.m.

Pre-Law Day affords those attending the opportunity to gain valuable insight into the law school experience. As a review of the day's activities will show, we have planned events that allow access to students, faculty and staff. We believe that this not only will give participants a better understanding of law school but will also provide a glimpse of what makes The University of Mississippi School of Law the leader in legal education that it is.

Advance registration is required no later than October 20.

MESSAGE FROM THE DEAN

Justice Oliver Wendell Holmes, Jr. said, "The life of the law has not been logic: it has been experience." That experience begins in law school, and your choice of law schools is an important one. I pledge to you that the quality of your experience at The University of Mississippi School of Law will be exceptionally high and that your formative years spent here will prepare you well for a life of service in the law.    ~Samuel M. Davis

STUDENT FORUMS

Participants will be divided into small groups and will meet with currently enrolled law students. This is an opportunity to ask all those questions that only a law student can answer. You will find that law students thoroughly enjoy sharing their experiences. This session goes by quickly and has become a favorite among participants.
