EXPERIENCE
Counsel for National Programs and Visiting Professor of Law, National Center for Justice and the Rule of Law, (NCJRL) The University of Mississippi School of Law. Research and development, as part of NCJRL’s National Programs, of training conferences and symposia for state assistant attorneys general and state trial and appellate judges through partnerships with the National Association of Attorneys General (NAAG) and the National Judicial College (NJC) related to search and seizure in cases involving sophisticated criminal activity. Position entails research, teaching and publishing in the areas of search and seizure and criminal law, practice and procedure.
