Italian at the University of Mississippi
The Department of Modern Languages offers elementary, intermediate and advanced
Italian classes that emphasize the language and culture of Italy. By studying Italian students may
complete their Liberal Arts language requirement. They may minor in Italian by taking three
courses at the 300-level. Students may earn credit by studying Italian in Italy, and the Department
