
Access to the auditorium is provided from two levels. Featuring a seating capacity of 102, this state-of-the-art space has tables which are wired for computer use and access to the Internet. The demonstration area is designed so that it can be modified for various types of presentations.
Here NFSMI staff and guest speakers will deliver presentations and seminars to
professionals who are responsible for food service in schools, child care, or adult care
facilities. The planned audio-video facilities in this room will allow events to be
broadcast nationally. Topics may include financial management, procurement, human resource management,
nutrition, food safety principles and presentation and training skills
