Program Description
When a disruption occurs in the foodservice operation, an emergency readiness plan can ensure the health and safety of customers and employees.
This teleconference encourages foodservice professionals to develop an action plan
before a disaster strikes.
At the completion of this teleconference
participants will be able to:

Recognize possible disruptions that may hinder a foodservice operation.

Identify six important steps to consider when developing an emergency readiness plan.
