Description

Preventing foodborne illness is an enormous responsibility for all foodservice operations, but it is especially critical in child nutrition programs. The best way to prevent foodborne illness is by integrating food safety and sanitation principles and practices into your foodservice operation. In this program, we'll discuss how to develop a written school food safety program that follows the food safety guidelines established by the USDA.

Target Audience

NFSMI invites all foodservice assistants, managers, foodservice directors, child care staff, and State agency staff to view the satellite seminar.
