Description


Serving children with special nutrition needs can be both challenging and rewarding for child nutrition professionals. Expert panelists will discuss common issues impacting child nutrition programs. The objective of this program is to offer practical strategies for serving children with special needs with emphasis on being a team player within the school setting.

Target Audience


NFSMI invites all foodservice assistants, foodservice managers, foodservice directors, and State agency staff to view the satellite seminar.

Handout materials for participants will be made available through registration. Those registered will receive materials via E-mail approximately 2 weeks prior to the satellite seminar air date. The handouts will be archived here after the satellite seminar air date.
