2005 Breakfast Lunch Training
The 2005 Breakfast Lunch Training (BLT) Module, Nutrition 101: A Taste of Food and Fitness, provides a basic overview of nutrition. The module incorporates a variety of learning activities to engage participants on a personal level. The learning objectives for each lesson are achieved through completion of all lesson components. Lessons are designed to be completed within 30 minutes. # ET60-05
