The NCNPR has substantial expertise to carry forward specific discoveries, products, and technologies and aggressively seeks to commercialize its research outcomes so that important discoveries can positively impact society. Most of the continuing projects to develop promising high-priority products or technologies are conducted in collaboration with industrial partners or through externally funded grants and contracts.
