RENTAL OF ROOMS AT THE STUDENT UNION

The 4th floor meeting rooms in the Student Union are available rent free to University-affiliated organizations and student groups. Reservations can be made for these rooms by simply calling the Physical Plant Department at 915-7106. Rooms must be reserved a minimum of 24 hours in advance of use (maximum of 1 year in advance of use).

Groups are responsible for contacting the Physical Plant Department to make semester-long or recurring reservations. No reservations will be made on an "automatic" basis.

For social events sponsored by student organizations, a copy of the completed Social Event Registration Form is required to complete the reservation.

Once a reservation is made, a confirmation will be faxed or e-mailed to the contact person. The group is responsible for notifying the Physical Plant Office if the reservation needs to be cancelled.

RENTAL OF TABLES & CHAIRS

The Physical Plant has tables and chairs available for rent. We charge for the delivery and pick up when asked to deliver. If it is a weekend delivery, charges will be assessed at a two hour minimum. If table and chairs are picked up and returned by the organization, there are no charges.
