1.  Do I have to buy on state contract?   Yes, if it is a mandatory contract.  The 
    exceptions are if less than $25.00 or purchased through the bookstore.
2.  Do I have to buy through the bookstore?  No
3.  Do I need a Purchase Order before ordering?  Yes, unless purchasing on the departmental
     credit card.
4.  Can I create more than one requisition or purchase order to keep below the amount to bid
     or quote?  No, this would be against state law.
